BACKSTORY
We proudly source an abundance of berries from our pals at The Ecology Center in Southern California. When it comes to citrus, we look no further than this farm season after season for Nagami Kumquats. The sweet smelling, fragrant, aromatic peels of peak season and perfectly ripe kumquats -- combined with the tart, flavorful, juicy pulp -- perfectly translate in this fruit-infused vinegar. We’ve known and worked with The Ecology Center for as long as we’ve been in business, and we can’t stay away. They grow some of the best citrus we’ve ever tasted (thanks to the great people, place, and farming practices followed by the Orchard Team).
HOW TO USE
We love to use our Kumquat flavor in vinaigrettes, salad dressings and marinades for veggies, meat and fish. It also makes a great addition to a homemade cocktail with tequila or mezcal, for anyone looking for an extra kick of citrus.
