Syrah Grape Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS - SIDEYARD SYRAH GRAPE VINAIGRETTE DRESSING

  • 1/4 Cup of Sideyard Syrah Grape Fruit-Infused Vinegar

  • 3/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Teaspoon of Whole Grain Mustard

  • 1 Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard

  • Kosher Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a mason jar, shake well and serve. The dressing will keep if you want to make it ahead or double the recipe and enjoy all week. 

  2. Drizzle over baby gems and toss in fresh, seasonal herbs.

  3. Enjoy!
