Sideyard Mignonette

INGREDIENTS
● 1 large shallot, minced finely
● ½ cup Sideyard Shrub, such as Tomato or Persimmon Turmeric
● Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients together. Season to taste.
Serve with freshly shucked oysters and enjoy!
